GCTV offers local businesses, creatives, and organizations access to our fully equipped studio, editing suites, and field production equipment — all supported by expert staff. Whether you're filming a promo, training video, or full production, we provide the tools and guidance to bring your vision to life.

What's Included:

• Studio Access
• Editing Facilities
• Field Equipment Rentals
• One GCTV Production Staff Member included per session
• Optional: Add more staff at $35/hr or bring your own crew

How It Works:

• Minimum 2-hour booking
• Hourly or day rates available
• Projects must be scheduled and paid at least 5 business days in advance
• Invoicing through PayPal

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

• Cancel/reschedule at least 48 hours in advance to avoid charges.
• Cancellations made before 48 hours are refunded.
• GCTV-cancelled sessions are rescheduled or fully refunded.

Editing Options:

• Use GCTV's systems (with staff support).
• Or take your footage to a 3rd-party editor.

Distribution:

• GCTV does not distribute commercial content via cable but will post your content to our Commerce and Tourism Channel on YouTube.
• We'll help ensure your final video is formatted for online use.
• Separate terms apply if you'd like GCTV to promote your video online using advanced social media advertising tools.
